Hello IGSMA District 9 Colleagues,

I hope you are enjoying a great summer!

As advertised last spring, we'll try something different for our fall meeting.  Please let me know by August 13th if you plan to attend, what you'd like to bring, and how many will be coming.  (No need to respond if you cannot attend.)  If you have any new directors in your area, please send this information to them as well.  It will also be posted on the IGSMA.org website soon.  I will send a meeting agenda via email by mid-August.

*Use Google Maps for the most accurate map - not GPS since we're a new subdivision.  If you need directions, please let me know when you confirm attendance.

1:00-4:00 - The grill will be going at 1:00, Business meeting at 2:00

District 9 will provide burgers, brats, hot dogs, bottled water, coke, and diet coke.

Members will be asked to bring a side dish, dessert, chips, etc.

Families are invited, but I'd ask that all members who attend have a spouse (or someone) to watch kids so we can have an uninterrupted business meeting.  Or, don't bring your family and just have fun.  We have lots of space behind our house for volleyball, bean bags, etc., so bring your favorite backyard games.

I hope we'll see many of you on August 22!
